Archway Yoga has grown out of a love for Yoga and an unmapped area in my life. I left behind great Yoga classes and came to a place here in France with no plan. We bought this house not really knowing why? Yes alway knew we would move on, the career was hurting, painful stressful times. We were looking to move on eagerly; Then this big house with a 60m2 room found us, We had no particular plan. Any ideas we thought we had slipped away as we settled in. Other little seeds have taken root.
I didn't find the Yoga I wanted, so began to invite friends to come and do Yoga with me. That was how the spirit of Yoga took hold of things.
