Dina Anderson began her yoga journey several years ago while seeking a fitness alternative to accommodate a back injury that resulted in surgery and chronic pain. Yoga and meditation were exactly what she needed. After progressing from a weekly to a daily practice, asana became a way of life and she embarked upon a new adventure by attending Tittibha Yoga School’s 200-hr YTT program and went on to receive her Aerial Yoga Teacher Certification at MomentOm Arts Aerial Yoga Teach Training at Triangle Yoga in Chapel Hill, NC.
Since completing the training in 2016, her focus has evolved into a fitness and strength-oriented personal yoga practice. Dina enjoys many other forms of yoga as well, including Vinyasa flow, Restorative, Aerial, and Kirtan.
Dina’s goal is to bring her passion for yoga and fitness off of the mat and to the class, using her nursing skills and anatomy knowledge to modify poses with hands-on assists for the benefit of each individual student.
