Signature dishes include Calamari Salad ’Asia de Cuba’ with crispy calamari, chayote, hearts of palm, banana, cashews, chicory and radicchio in a sesame orange dressing; Cuban Spiced Chicken with Thai coconut sticky rice and avocado fruit salsa served with tamarind sauce; Char Sui Beef Short Ribs with congre tostones and chili orange mango; and Pan Seared Ahi Tuna served rare with crunchy wasabi mashed potatoes and cilantro chimichurri sauce.
