Description
Dr Kayleigh Darch is a Clinical Psychologist trained to doctoral level and a Registered Yoga Teacher.

She specialises in blended treatments combining psychological therapies and yogic approaches including yoga-cognitive behavioural therapy and compassion-focused yoga.



Kayleigh holds over twelve years of significant experiences working in mental health services across the life-span in the NHS and private sector. She is highly experienced in supporting adults in their recovery from mental health problems. Kayleigh is a dedicated and compassionate psychologist who has worked with trauma over her entire career. She has clinical expertise and skills with compassion-focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness-based interventions. She is able to draw upon different therapeutic approaches to offer individualised and person-centred psychological therapy based on your unique circumstances and needs.



Kayleigh has been practicing yoga for over fifteen years and has been teaching yoga since 2016. Ashtanga Vinyasa and Vinyasa Krama yoga form the foundations of her practice and the group yoga she facilitates. She has specialist knowledge and skills with trauma-informed yoga so that her yoga classes are therapeutic and supportive. The yoga she teaches is accessible to everybody (every.body.welcome) and focuses on developing self-compassion, self-acceptance and personal growth. Kayleigh is a thoughtful yoga teacher who is driven to share the benefits of yoga with other people. She offers yoga that links movements with the breath including dynamic, energising and strengthening yoga, and gentle, restorative and grounding yoga practices.



Kayleigh maintains professional memberships with the Health and Care Professions Council and Yoga Alliance Professionals.
