Barossa Exercise Physiology cover
Description "Exercise" shouldn't be a swear word - it should be fun, innovative and motivating. Meet our team and their philosophies below..

Melanie Kaye, Exercise Physiologist.
I am originally from Sydney, NSW and only moved to the Barossa in September 2016.
My passion for helping people exercise starts as a child, when my mum bought the whole family rollerblades in an attempt for us to have an activity we could do together. While I still haven't won any awards in rollerblading, I have a strong passion for helping people find the benefits of movement in their lives.
I completed both my undergraduate and masters degrees at Charles Sturt University in Bathurst. This took me to starting my career in private practice based in Tamworth but practicing all over rural NSW.

Caili Jackaman, Dietitian.
I am based in Adelaide, but have very close family living in Angaston that I visit on a regular basis, which is where my love for the Barossa Valley started.
I have had a passion for food and helping people since I can remember. My favourite topic at school was always Food Tech and I was always in the kitchen making a mess and experimenting with recipes in my spare time. Being a Dietitian combines all of my favourite things: food, helping people improve their health, teaching and FOOD!
My philosophy is that there are no foods you cannot eat, but there are always ways that we can make them better.
