A sexy, energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. The BootyBarre® method is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat fast. Now in addition to bootybarre, we offer CORE barre, barreX (using the TRX bands), flex and flow, Pilates and just added, DANCE BODY, a fun dance cardio class. I am proud to offer additional nutrition sessions for those interested in working with a Registered and Licensed Dietitian. Together we will get you to your goal weight, lower your risk of disease, boost your energy and drop inches. We will tweak your diet, emphasize the elimination of processed foods and drinks and work to increase your plant based foods, vegetables and whole all natural ingredients.
