BB is not your average gym-there are no machines. The workouts are varied and include functional movements performed at high intensity to prepare you for the demands of your life.
Modifications and progressions are coached to scale the workout whether you are injured, beginner, intermediate, athlete or advanced. The environment is comfortable and safe to come in as you are and push your limits.
Classes include Whiteboard WOD, Yoga, Endurance, Barbell Club, Women, Athlete, Team, Mobility, Senior, Mom and Me, Teen, Foundations as well as 1:1 and small group training. *See schedule for classes with childcare.
