The colour of the embroidery may be chosen by you or a colour that will suit the bear will be chosen for you. The bears are stuff with hypo allergic polyester stuffing.

These bears are made in the memory of your loved one for you. It is a unique, one-of-a-kind priceless item that you can cherish for many, many years. This is no ordinary bear. It is one that will always remind you of that person. It has the ability of creating whatever spiritual need you might want it to have such as having the feeling as though your loved one is watching over you or that you feel safe while hugging that bear because you know you’re hugging apart of your loved one.

Bears to Hug creates memory bears. This does not mean that it is only meant for people to use when a loved one has passed. It can be used other ways such as with baby clothes that no longer fit or clothes that have be so worn that you can't wear them any more yet you don't have the heart to part with them.

I have to say that the inspiration of this is from my Aunt Debi. She was the one who found a creative and sentimental way to help our family cope with the lost of a love one. My uncle passed away suddenly and it was a very big shock to all of us. There are many different ways to help cope with the loss of a loved – one and my aunt found the perfect one. We knew most of his clothes would be donated, so my aunt picked his favourite shirts and, with the help of my mom, made them into memory bears for each family member that wanted one. Holding
