Meet Our Staff!
Anna Rodriguez, BSW- is the Regional Director for Benchmark Family Services in Austin, Texas. Anna currently supervises a staff of three employees. Anna graduated with her Bachelors of Social Work from the University of North Carolina-Wilmington in 2015. While studying at UNCW, Anna was a member of the Phi Alpha Honor Society and Student Social Work Organization. Anna is currently applying to several universities to earn her Master’s of Social Work. Anna grew up in Bastrop, Texas before moving to North Carolina after getting married to her husband, Ed, who was an active duty Marine at the time. Anna is a full time employee and works a 40 hour work week. Her duties include (but are not limited to), review and approval of referrals, initial or subsequent placements, review of homestudies on all foster homes, review and approval of service plans, hiring duties, and oversees all case management services. Benchmark Family Services case management services include, conducting announced and unannounced monthly home visits, writing and executing treatment plans, and assisting and training foster parents. Anna supports the clients and families served through making herself available when needed for further discussion, supervisory visits, involvement in placement preservation meetings, sharing of information regarding the state contract and/or Minimum Standards. In her spare time, Anna enjoys going on walks, playing with her two dogs and rabbit, cooking, watching baseball, and definitely not cleaning. Anna has been married for 4 years and has two sons, 3 years and 8 months.
Caitlin Treloar, MSW – is a Licensing Specialist for Benchmark Family Services in Austin, Texas and currently works a 40 hour work week as a full time employee. As a Licensing Specialist, Caitlin is responsible for pre-service trainings for prospective foster parents, conducting orientations, ongoing trainings for current foster parents, completing homestudies, maintaining and constantly

Benchmark Family Services, Inc. was established in 1994 and is a private, faith based, non-profit, therapeutic foster care agency.
Our purpose is to provide stable and caring homes for youth in need of out-of-home care. Our mission is to advocate for children by ensuring opportunities for healthy physical, psychological and emotional growth and development in the most normal and least restrictive setting possible.
To this end, Benchmark provides and coordinates programs and services in cooperation with referring child welfare agencies. Benchmark is committed to the highest standards of childcare and professionalism.
Who We Serve...
Benchmark Family Services, Inc. services children who have been removed from their homes by the Department of Children’s Services (DCS) due to neglect, physical, sexual, and/or emotional abuse suffered in their biological home.
Most of the children served by Benchmark are experiencing behavioral, emotional, and/or mental health problems as a result of being abused or neglected and receive therapy either on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Additionally, some children are under the care of a psychiatrist and receive medications to manage their mental health needs.
