National animal welfare organization working to end the killing in America's shelters. Together, we will Save Them All. www.bestfriends.org
More than 9,000 dogs and cats are killed each day in America’s shelters — 4 million lives are lost each year simply because they don't have a safe place to call home — when instead they could be saved. At Best Friends Animal Society, our mission is to bring about a time when there are No More Homeless Pets. We believe that no animals should have to die in shelters when solutions exist to save them — solutions like adopting, fostering, spaying/neutering and trap-neuter-return (TNR).
