I am Claudia de Villiers, a qualified nutritionist, personal trainer and green living coach. You can think of me as a health detective and advisor. I am a strong believer and advocate that good nutrition, exercise and healthy lifestyle choices are the core foundation of health and wellbeing.
I consider myself very privileged to be able to help people achieve and maintain their goals. As a holistic health practitioner, I recognise the importance of looking at the body as a whole. My philosophy is that we are all unique individuals and there is not one specific diet, type of exercise or lifestyle that suits us all; therefore, it is essential to distinguish each person from everybody else by respecting their individual needs.
That is what I focus on with my clients so that they can learn to listen to their bodies and become empowered to take charge of their own health. My main objective is to help guide people to make healthier eating and lifestyle choices to improve overall wellbeing for long term vitality and longevity.
