By providing an array of accessible opportunities for emerging artists, community events for the promotion of art awareness, and an active network for the art community, the BAA is a thriving, growing community within the city. An independent association of visual artists and arts enthusiasts, the BAA concentrates on assisting emerging artists and seasoned professionals in a highly competitive and diverse regional art world. BAA is a non-profit, all-volunteer organization and anyone may join, including artists and art lovers. All membership dues and contributions are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

BAA is a non-profit, all-volunteer organization. Membership is open to all those interested in the fine arts and in the activities of the BAA. The membership represents a broad range of artists and their supporters who want to encourage public awareness of the arts.
BAA members have the opportunity to participate in exhibitions of their work, community art-awareness events, in member shows and juried exhibitions.
