Personal training is where I work with YOU on a one on one basis (or you and your workout buddy) and everything I do is tailored to YOU!
When you hire me as your personal trainer, you are getting me to do your fitness testing (I test all 5 components of physcial fitness: body composition, flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance). I design a program tailored to YOU. I teach you, I train you, I work with you, I alter adjust and modify your program as needed, I monitor your progress through fitness testing (after about 4 weeks), and I am constantly working to get you where you want to be with your physical fitness goals.
We use the machines, the free weights, the equipment I have, and the entire gym (we are not confined to aerobics classes, as I don't even teach those, so don't be confused or misled). You are getting a lot more than what you probably initially thought. I put a lot of time and effort into YOUR program that I design just for YOU. I don't simply hand you a sheet of paper with a few exercises on it and send you on your way. If you have any limitations, health concerns or previous injuries then I have to take those into consideration when I design your program. There is a lot of work on my side to get you where you want to be.
As your personal trainer I will work one on one with you (or you and your workout buddy) to get you where you want to be. I use free weights, machine assisted equipment, and personal fitness equipment. I am paid per session (contact me via phone or text at 918-647-7956 for pricing) that are due when we meet. Our sessions will last anywhere from 30-75 minutes each. I accept major credit cards, checks and cash.
