|Description||I am a licensed facility; and have over 35 years of experience! I have perfected my sausage-making to offer you the very best taste in smoked sausage!! I offer you over 17 different varieties! With all of the service I offer, it comes to you at a lower cost than most other places in our area. Unlike other processing centers, at Bob's Processing & Sausage you will always get your OWN deer back! I will not combine your deer with any other deer that I receive in. Processing = $60.00 (Cut, wrapped, and frozen)
Caping = $50.00
Sausage = $3.90/lb.
Varieties include: Hot, Mild and Regular Landjaeger - Garlic - Polish - Terriyaki - BBQ - Salami - Pepperoni - German - Hickory Stick - Summer Sausage - Breakfast Sausage
*ADD Pepper Jack or Cheddar CHEESE for an additional .50¢/lb.
*ADD JALAPENO for an additional .50¢/lb.
