|Mission||My vision is simple - I want to help people understand that you don’t have to stress yourself physically or mentally in order to achieve the body you want. No more fad diets, detoxes or yo-yo dieting. No need to train 2-3 hours per day or run for hours on end. By taking it back to basics with proper nutrition and goal specific training, I will teach you how to achieve your goals and sustain overall health.|
BODIFIX is designed to give you structured exercise and a nutrient balanced diet tailored to YOUR body type and goals = ‘Your body's real fix'. I will help you to learn and understand your body’s needs so that you can make the lifestyle change your body has been looking for rather than a short-term fix. Getting in shape doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the finer things in life, it’s all about education, balance and preparation.
I don’t believe in fad diets, detoxing, or starving yourself to reach your goals just to put the weight back on as soon as you start eating real food again. At BODIFIX I design customised eating plans that WORK for you and keep the weight off. I aim to educate you so that you are able to make the right choices going forward.
