Performed on mini trampolines this fitness class is 3 times more effective than other classes due to gravity's additional force on the tramp pad.
Focusing on simple arm and leg moves while bouncing around to high speed urban beats, this low impact workout is suitable to all ages and fitness levels and even those returning from injury.
Sessions are 60 minutes or 45 minutes and include body conditioning and core stability, focusing on muscles tone to achieve an all over cardio workout that will have you hooked!
