Description Perched above the Little Spokane River on 8.2 lush acres, the Bozarth Mansion and Retreat Center boasts beautiful architecture, elegant design and lush gardens.

Built in 1911-1912 for Jay P. Graves

Designed by renowned architect Kirtland Cutter

Grounds were designed by the Olmstead Brothers, who designed Central Park in New York and created the original 1902 parks plan for the City of Spokane

Interior designs by Elise de Wolfe

Originally named Waikiki and included model farms and a working dairy

Sold to Charles E. Marr in 1936

Gonzaga University purchased the property in the 1960s and added the dormitory

Renamed Bozarth Mansion in 1983 after Horace and Christine Bozarth donated money to Gonzaga University
