The primary student service outreach at Brandeis is through the Waltham Group, the student-led community service organization. Waltham Group was founded in 1966 in response to student activism and in recognition of the university's responsibility to be engaged citizens of the community. Hundreds of students volunteer each year through the Waltham Group, which serves as a center for service and advocacy.
Waltham Group is the largest student organization on campus, comprised of 17 different service programs ranging from one time activities to weekly commitments, and from working with kids to the elderly and everything in between. Get involved in service and the Waltham community today!!
