Description With over 15 years in the fitness industry Emran Riaz decided to use his knowledge he gained in various exercise styles and combine them into a stream lined system called R.E.A.C.T. [Reality Enhanced Athletic cross training]. He has trained clients ranging from total beginners ,mixed martial artists getting ready for competitions, clients preparing for Marathons & Triathlons and more. In 2010 Emran decided to take his business mainstream by creating ReactMethod.com. Emran trains clients in all areas of fitness from beginner level to advanced! Here are some of the fitness techniques we offer: Plyometrics, Strength & Conditioning, Kettlebells, Slosh tubes, TRX suspension Trainer, Pilates, Yoga, Brazilian JiuJitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, American Boxing, Sports Specific Training , R.E.A.C.T. Camp ( Our version of Boot Camp), Battling\Heavy rope training and much more.

Private Coaching:
A 1 on 1 hour long session with one of our elite fitness coaches. During this session clients will be taken through various training techniques based on their fitness goals. Each of our coaches posses at least 2 national fitness certifications and have a minimum of 5 years experience in the fitness field. What makes our coaches so special is the constant care they provide even when the coaching session is over. You have probably heard the saying ” If you don’t look good , we don’t look good” well we honor this expression by always being there for our clients as a coach, a role model and a friend!

R.E.A.C.T. Camp:
Is an Outdoor\Indoor group class based on dynamic cross training that borrows techniques from various fitness disciplines and fuses them into a streamlined system of kinetic movements with active rest periods, usually consisting of isokenetic muscle contractions. Exercises require very little or no equipment at all. R.E.A.C.T. camp is 1 hour long and broken down into 3 innovative phases.

Phase 1 – R.E.A.C.T. Together: Students as a whole are instructed in various cardio based & plyometric movements for 30 minut
