Bump 2 Bubs Fitness provide personal training and group sessions for mums on the Fraser Coast, specialising in pre & postnatal fitness.
Our PT's are trained especially in these areas to ensure that you can feel confident and safe to exercise while pregnant or after the life altering event of having your baby.
We encourage you to have your baby and/or children with you while you exercise and we provide a fully fenced, child safe yard for our classes and one one one training sessions.
We are parents ourselves and understand the demands of finding time to exercise with little ones.
