Absolutely everything is made fresh to order, from scratch by me, from the finest ingredients. All toppers/fondant décor are also all hand crafted and painted by me with the utmost precision, detail and care.
I am formally trained in the Culinary Arts (Fanshawe College). While attending college, I had the honor of being nominated for, and winning the Robin Hood Award of Excellence. I did my apprenticeship at a local cakery (Cakewalkers) and worked with a few different chefs here in London. I also worked a few food shows at Humber and Niagara College, where I once had the great pleasure of working with one of my favorite pastry chefs, Anna Olson at a food show in Niagara. Now that was a treat for sure :)
