Virginia also teaches Ageless Grace®, which is a system of brain and body chair based exercises, which are of particular benefit to seniors.
Horstmann Technique is Julian's speciality. It's an energy-based bodywork therapy that helps release blocked emotional and mental stresses that may be stored in the joints, muscles and ligaments of the back, neck, shoulders, or feet.
Julian and Virginia will be offering Tai Chi for Arthritis classes from February 2018.
