Korean Pork Tacos: Smoked pork, Korean seasoning, topped with lettuce, pickled vegetables, and cotija cheese.
3 Little Pigs Tacos: Smoked pork, bacon and chorizo. Queso fundido spread, topped with lettuce and pico de gallo.
El Toro Tacos: Tequila marinated, smoked beef brisket. Pepper Jack cheese, broccoli rabe, sour cream, house steak sauce and pico de gallo.
