Description At C.A.T.S. Academy you will learn Tang Soo Do Style Karate and Self Defense techniques taught by 2008 Instructor of the year, Kyo Sa Nim Bill Logan. Mr. Logan is a member of the Hall of Honor of the U.S. Head of Family Martial Arts Association, The World Korean Martial Arts Union and National Tang Soo Do Federation. He will help you to become more aware of your environment and enhance your awareness of being. Your day to day activities will seem safer as you condition your mind and body through fitness. Learn the foundations of Karate and Self Preservation in a structured and disciplined manner that demonstrates the meaning of Traditional Martial Arts and brings it all to you in a wholesome Family oriented way.
