Cherry Hill is a small, intimate neighborhood bounded by South Washington, East Kalamazoo and the Grand River.
Cherry Hill is the city's largest locally designated historic district, as such it a the goal of the neighborhood association to increase awareness of the areas history and historic resources. Additionally we are working to improve the living environment through working with residents, property owners, businesses and city, state and regional authorities.
Cherry Hill is part of the Original Plat for the City of Lansing from 1848. The oldest known residence is the Kerr House constructed c. 1858 - one of the oldest remaining homes in the city.
