|About||Chithuen Phendhey Association (CPA) is a non-profit public benefit organization, which deals with drug and alcohol affected people in Bhutan.|
Our Vision: to be the nation’s leading resource centre for promoting a drug- and alcohol-free society.
Our Mission: to design and enact cutting-edge programs in substance abuse prevention, rehabilitation and social reintegration, enabling drug- and alcohol-affected individuals to take their place in society and become happy, prosperous and productive citizens.

Our Vision, Mission and Values translate into programs that help individuals and their families suffering from drug- and alcohol-related problems to once again thrive. More broadly, in the spirit of Gross National Happiness, we aspire to enable these youths and adults to become happy and healthy citizens who will contribute to the socio-economic progress of Bhutan.
Chithuen Phendhey Association (CPA) would like to accord full respect and dignity to all human beings and their family members suffering from addiction-related problems. We believe that all people must be treated with dignity and compassion, and provided the necessary spiritual and professional support to attain mental and physical health, keeping in mind the special needs of each person.
CPA’s aims and objectives are based on the conviction that every individual can achieve success and happiness—conditions to which we all aspire, regardless of race, religion or ethnicity.
