About Coaching for women - Marie-Claude Germain positive psychology coach
I’m a Tel-Aviv-based life coach with a positive psychology focus. I am warm, non judgmental and very empathic. I am driven to help other women tap their potential, bloom in their life and take control of their wellbeing. I wish all of us could live our best life. I am fascinated about both the biological, psychological and social aspects of being human and how these components are interrelated. Having a postgraduate certificate in coaching psychology and positive psychology from the University of East London, I base myself on sounded theories and use evidence-based as well as intuitive and sometimes somatic approaches to coaching. I am a member of the Institute of Coaching and I am constantly working on self and professional development in order to be able to offer the best services that I can. I am deeply committed to my clients and their wellbeing.

I offer personalized coaching through a positive psychology approach for women who would like to find their way, improve their wellbeing and live a more meaningful life.
Description
I offer coaching for women in person one-on-one in the center of Tel Aviv or by
phone/video call session. I also offer session at the beach when the weather allows it.
Through powerful conversations and deep listening I attempt to tap into your stuck potential.
Communication techniques such as reflection, paraphrasing and summarizing are often used
to help you see through your owns thoughts. It is sometimes easier to make sense of them
when they are exposed back to us by someone else. Sometimes I may respectfully challenge
your beliefs or behaviors that may be limiting you. The use of metaphors to describe a
situation or in an activity may be encouraged. Somatic process could be explored if this is
something you are open to. Interventions from both positive psychology and coaching may
also be suggested when appropriate. Suggested tasks are evidence-based as much as possible
and based on your learning styles.
Specific aims and objectives are agreed on our first meeting and reviewed periodically to
ensure that coaching continues to meet your needs. Coaching is a flexible process.
