Since 1984, Coastal Engineering & Testing Company (CETCO) has provided high- quality, comprehensive geotechnical engineering, materials testing and construction consulting services in the Charleston area and surrounding Lowcountry. CETCO’s commitment to assemble a staff of highly qualified, conscientious and service-minded professionals, in addition to hands-on management by our principals, has yielded success in a competitive market place. In our twenty five (25) plus years of business, CETCO has been selected to provide expertise on more than 3,500 projects and has established a client base of more than 200 repeat customers. Coastal Engineering & Testing Company is fully qualified to perform Geotechnical and Environmental Engineering Consulting, and Materials Engineering and Testing of all construction materials and procedures, and maintains an approved testing laboratory in Charleston, South Carolina. Our equipment and procedures meet the requirements outlined in ASTM E-329 "Recommended Practice For Inspection and Testing Agencies For Concrete, Steel, and Bituminous Materials Used In Construction".
