Description Cocca Development, Ltd is a multi-faceted real estate development and operating company. Formed by Anthony L. Cocca in 1999 to combine his various real estate holdings, the company has grown by acquiring, developing and building properties at a substantial rate. The company owns and manages a unique combination of commercial and residential properties.

The company's properties are located throughout 25 states. Residential properties are located primarily in Youngstown, Ohio and surrounding communities and consist of both multi- and single-family buildings. Commercial properties consist of a combination of freestanding retail stores, retail strip centers and multi-tenant buildings, and office, warehouse and industrial buildings. Additionally, the company owns approximately 107 acres of vacant commercial and residential land for future development.

The company’s large number of free-standing retail stores are leased to national discount retailers Dollar General, Dollar Tree, and Family Dollar, which operate a substantial number of stores throughout the country. Currently Cocca Development is one of the largest developers, owners and lessors of space for these retailers.

Cocca Development also leases to several other large national tenants who are significantly represented in both free-standing and strip center retail spaces. These include Aaron Rents, Advance Auto Parts, Dunham’s Sporting Goods, Dunkin Donuts, Goodwill, Jared the Galleria of Jewelers, Kay Jewelers, Label Shoppers, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Shopko, and Tractor Supply.

Strip center tenants include nationally recognized tenants, as well as local, retail and other businesses — including Arby’s, Ashley Furniture & Home Store, AT&T, Big Y Supermarkets, Bomgaar’s Supply, Bon-Ton, Burger King, Comcast, Domino’s Pizza, FedEx/Kinko’s, Fifth Third Bank, First Commonwealth Bank, Fresenius Medical, Guardian Protection, H&R Block, Huntington Bank, Joann etc., JP Morgan Chase Bank, Liberty Tax, Nationwide Insurance,
