About PROMOTING EUROPEAN AUTHENTICITY: Products with a story

The Committee is a European Association based in France which aims at federating all stakeholders of the historical terroirs of Europe, forming their agricultural, commercial & institutional canvas.

Through an upcoming Quality & Authenticity label, the Committee wishes to gather these stakeholders around a common goal of promotion & cross-fertilization: farmers; producers; chefs; professional associations; certifying bodies; private corporations; and public entities which adhere to the same ideals of "European-made quality"​.

So as to facilitate exchanges & sustainable growth, the Association is deploying multiple services to its members:
• a Public Call for Project between universities & private entities in order to publish a map of traditional European Terroirs
• Product Storytelling: we organize media coverage to advertise producers & sustainable initiatives, and promote these stories on our blogs & social media
• Webmarketing & mapping coverage: we coach our members to improve their web presence through SEO optimization and cartographic improvement across major platforms (Google, HERE, OpenStreetMap)
• Best Practices: a collaborative forum sparks discussion around Success Stories in order to streamline growth processes
• Quality Label: as an independant Certifying Body, the Committee will deploy "Terroirs of Europe"​, a Quality Label for farmers, craftsmen, chefs & other projects which adhere to a Sustainability & Authenticity Charter
• Financing: we facilitate fundraising & crowdfunding for our members, thus supporting company survival rates in crucial territories
• Coaching: we organize frequent workshops and webinars in order for members to improve their product development & branding
• Sustainable Touristic Territories: we learn & share lessons from successful European territories; regions, counties & municipalities, and especially from cross-border initiatives
