At times, we all need solutions – a tool, option or opportunity to empower our next move – along with the caring and thorough follow-up to support us in reaching our goals. Our mission at CERC is to be that elevating and guiding force, driving positive change for Village residents.
Description CERC is located at the offices of the Village of Hempstead Community Development Agency (CDA), and there is never a charge for using our computers or referral services, searching our database of programs and benefits, or speaking to one of our knowledgeable resource officers.
