A simple observation is at the origin of our company: how is it that we need our whole life (or almost) to pay for our house, when we can build it ourselves in less than a year?

In practice, the reality is stark: Almost a third of projects are carried out about half as much as necessary, with roughly a third of extra staff. So many superfluous costs that future owners pay for nothing.
