|About||Original, nature-inspired art & craft, food & education workshops for all ages, on diverse environmental & cultural themes by Community Artist (& mum) Jay|
|Mission||Connecting with nature, with each other & with ourselves,|
Drawing on years of experience as a community artist, creative consultant and artist educator, (and now mum to Saffron, aged 3), Jay set up the Creative Nature Club in November 2014, to engage people of all ages in original (visual) art, craft, growing & cooking inter-generational, educational activities.
Interactive family workshops encourage parents & carers to participate with their child in learning more about nature, through free expression, imagination, exploration & sensory play.
Each session is based on a fun, educational theme & is uniquely designed to celebrate aspects of the natural world, using high quality materials and interesting ingredients.
Having completed her Diploma in Vegetarian Cookery in 2014, in addition to courses at Ashburton Cookery School & the Vegetarian Society, Jay will also be offering food education workshops soon...
