If you answered yes to any of these you are looking in the right place! CrossFit since its inception over 15 years ago has turned the fitness industry on its head. The days of boring chronic cardio, step machines, bicep curls and swiss balls are over and in their place is a focus on real fitness that translates into functional, everyday movement patterns with real results.
The technical definition of what we do is to combine elements of Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing and core conditioning to improve overall flexibility, strength, speed, endurance and agility. These are basic things that all humans need, regardless of whether they are elite athletes, seniors, active wearers or parents lugging their children around. So don’t be daunted by that list. All you really need to know is that we will get you fit and we will help you reach your goals - be that fat loss, sport specific, improved health and mobility or just looking great naked!
You do not need to be fit to start and in fact some of our most successful members had never been near a gym or undertaken any formal exercise before commencing with us.
We offer 35 hours of CrossFit classes per week that you can choose from as well as Private Personal Training with male and female Trainers. Our Trainers are all qualified, experienced and have a never ending commitment to self-improvement and continuing education. T
