And, this could be the first step to a whole new you. My name is Natalie and I am 21 years old. In my last year of college I gained about 40 lbs. I started seeing changes in my body almost immediately after joining CrossFit HVL. For the past 6 months I’ve really started to see my muscles become more divined and my body toning up. My name is Brent Hardin and I own Superior Insurance here in the Asheville and Hendersonville area in North Carolina. When I started at CrossFit HVL I was on 34 units of slow release insulin daily and had a rapid acting pen for any spikes in my blood sugar.
