CrossFit Rail Stop provides Constantly Varied, High Intensity, Functional Movement training for the Falcon, CO community!
Description
CrossFit Rail Stop draws its name from the history of Falcon, Colorado. According to the county website, "Falcon was founded in September 1888 as a rail stop that served the nearby Franceville and McFerran coal mines as well as the mines owned by the Rock Island railroad."
Today, the nearby Rock Island Trail follows the abandoned railroad from Falcon to Peyton, CO, with future expansion plans and the hope to connect to the trail's continuation in Colorado Springs. The trail is a town attraction and promotes fitness and community spirit... exactly what we hope to promote at CrossFit Rail Stop!
