Description De Cuisine is small and intimate restaurant located in the South Hill Plaza, South Hill Anguilla. It is owned and operated by husband and wife team Joash Proctor and Denise Carr.



De Cuisine is Chef driven. The name captures and reflects the style and concept of the restaurant. “De” in the dialects of the English speaking Caribbean is the definite article. De is also the moniker for Chef Denise. Whereas “De” is dual and seemingly divergent, it converges into the concept of De Cuisine; a definitive style of cuisine inspired by the experiences of and produced by Chef Denise.
