I was born and raised in Mattoon, IL and I am quite partial to this area. I love real estate and it has always fascinated me. I knew this job was meant for me, and I will tell you why I am the Broker for you.
I make it a goal every Tuesday to attend our weekly Realtor tour. On this tour we get to preview the newest listings on the market. This helps me in two ways. 1.) It let's me know the inventory on the market and it gives me a good sense of what you, as a buyer, can and SHOULD be getting for your money and as a seller what to expect to sell your home for. 2.) If I have been searching for homes with a buyer and I think the house would be a good fit for them I can give them a good description before hand and get an appointment as soon as possible.
I am patient. Buying a home is one of the biggest if not the biggest, most expensive purchase most people will make in their life time. You need someone whole is willing to weed through the stack until we find your the perfect home. When you know the houses in your price range you will know when you walk in and have found the home for you!
When listing your home it is important to have good pictures. More and more people are looking online for homes and the pictures are what they judge to make an appointment. My listings are taken with a high definition camera combined with a wide angle lens for the best quality! I have also taken photo editing classes so if the photo requires editing I am able to do so. This allows for amazing listing photos! Not only are the photos important, but all the reasons you bought the home I will ask about to make a quality listing description. When you have both it really makes a difference!
I am technologically savvy. If you are out of town and I need your signature on documents I am able to send them electronically to sign so the sales process does not have to be delayed. I am also able to send you reports on how often your home is viewed on the major websites to let you know how much t
