Since the age of SEVEN, Kaylee "Cakes" Mitchison discovered fun times in the kitchen with a cake mixer. Making her first paid wedding cake at the age of 15, Kaylee "Cakes" continued her journey, learning from some great Swiss chefs and perfecting her skill in sugar. Now more than ten years later, Kaylee is now the founder of "Delicate-Lee".
Kaylee “Cakes” has many years of experience in creating and teaching all aspects of cake decorating and the art of sugar craft. Not only is she great in the kitchen she has a natural talent of teaching and mentoring young and old.
Kaylee “Cakes” has also taken out many cake decorating awards for her bright and “Out of the Box” cakes and creations. The latest being first place at the Perth Royal Show 2010 in the decorated wedding cake section.
