I am an internationally Certified Yoga Master/Acharya. I have been conducting free lance classes for ladies ranging form the age of 20 years up to the age of 80. For those who are unable to sit on the floor, I conduct Chair Yoga Classes and they perform asanas sitting on the chair. No matter what age, I can assure you that Yoga helps every person in some way or the other.
