Originally from Dubbo NSW, I made the move to complete my studies at Southern Cross University in Lismore and graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Science and a Masters of Osteopathic Medicine. I am also a registered member with Osteopathy Australia.
Originally intending to study law after school, during my gap year I discovered the amazing philosophies of Osteopathic practice. The emphasis on the interrelationship between the structure of the body and how it functions, and the natural restoration of optimal health became an overwhelming calling for me to develop a deeper understanding.
I am passionate about facilitating wellness through the use of a diverse range of direct and indirect Osteopathic techniques including Osteopathy in the Cranial Field alongside patient management strategies. I modify the treatment to suit the patient’s individual health goals and enjoy working as a team with the patient to optimize their wellbeing whilst effectively educating and empowering the patient on how to manage their condition.
I have a special interest in treating, but certainly not limited to;
** Women’s Health & Wellbeing
** Pre-natal, Pregnancy and Postpartum Pain
** Acute and Chronic Conditions
** Repetitive Strain Injuries and disorders resulting from workplace ergonomics.
In my spare time, I enjoy scenic bike rides, DoTERRA, lots of laughs with friends, a good quality coffee and practising my newly discovered passion for Yoga.
