Parent-child yoga class is a healthy parent-child or family activity which can increase mutual understanding and relationship of love and harmony between the parents and children through learning together of yoga postures. Many studies have demonstrated that consistent practicing yoga postures and breathing techniques can enhance children's academic performance since children can focus more on their bodies and movement which can enhance the level of attention and sensitivity. In fact, a lot of yoga poses can perform the function of massaging our internal organs, hence it can improve children hunchback, sensitive upper respiratory tract, improving gastrointestinal function and reduce the risk of overweight, so that the children can grow in balanced body height, shape and size.
