We are thrilled that renown national expert, Heidi Redlich Epstein from the American Bar Association in Washington D.C., will deliver the keynote address. The conference will also feature Executive Director, Richard Heyl de Ortiz, and Foster and Kinship Care Specialist, Amy Drayer, from the Adoptive and Foster Family Coalition of New York, Kinship Navigator, the Child Trauma Academy, Kinship caregivers and others.
