This workshop is great for fundraising professionals or those working within non-profits, who could use added skills and ideas to their toolbelt. In this workshop we will explore donor and volunteer personas, as well as how to engage with them through various messaging on multiple platforms. We will conclude with best practices in all areas as they relate to social media and in the real world.

Matching agency goals with platforms and messages,
types of messages (and why we need to vary them),
different types of asks via social media, and
