Ayurveda, “the science of life” is a holistic health & healing system that promotes longevity and harmony of mind, body and spirit. It is considered “the mother of all healing” and its roots come from India extending back to around 5 thousand years.
Graduates of this course can receive continuing education credits with the Yoga Alliance and will be certified through the Sacred Seed Yoga & Ayurveda College – a Yoga Alliance approved school.
Participants will learn how to consult and teach yoga therapy to individuals with specific needs and according to their dosha or constitution. You will learn how to assist the healing and health of others by understanding the relationship of yoga with the organs of the physical body as well as energies of the subtle body. Teach your tradition or style of yoga in groups or one-on-one integrating Ayurveda & Ayurvedic yoga practices.
