Yin Yoga Master Class by Yash (April 7th , 5.30 pm - 7 pm )
Yin Yoga is a gentle, intense and meditative practice with long-held poses that have subtle but powerful effects on us at a physical, emotional and mental level.Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, ligaments and tendons of the physical body. The use of long held postures stimulates the meridians and nervous sytems. The steady breathing technique encourages the mind to find focus. The stillness of the body creates moments of letting go.The use of props like blankets, blocks or bolsters helps support your body to relax deeper into the asana.This form of yoga promotes deep relaxation, releases stress, tension and encourages flexibility within the body and mind.
