Join us for our 4 part intro to yoga workshop. Come learn how to begin a safe and effective yoga practice. Totally new to yoga? Looking to get back to the roots of your existing practice? This is for you! We'll begin with what IS yoga, and move on to find proper alignment and form in some of the staple yoga postures. Our hope is that upon completing this 4 part series, you'll feel comfortable moving on to other yoga classes.
