In the workshop you will be introduced to the workings of your autonomic nervous system and how, without thinking, your body produces difficult states like frustration, anxiety, anger, stress and overwhelm coupled with emotions.

We will work with mindful connecting to body sensations, nurturing body awareness and using the body to build capacity and resilience. Using simple yet highly effective techniques to allow a better connection to the body. These techniques will allow the body to relax, release any difficult states and rebalance to be more grounded in the present moment state.
