Acknowledging and strengthening ourselves through inner work is essential for our well-being. This supports and revitalizes us and can become a framework to enhance our core relationship with our inner self, our sense of centeredness and our connection with spirit.
Once a month we meet to explore a variety of meditation and healing methods. Breathwork, body awareness, meditation forms, energy practices, creative activities and a supportive community are expansive ways of healing, self-exploration and grounding that allow us to release old emotions and thoughts stored in the body and re-connect us with our natural healing systems, allowing us to restore and revitalize our mind, our body and our spirit.
Each three-hour session will include grounding, breathwork, meditation/body awareness instruction and time for practice. After the ‘inner work’, there is time for group process where participants may choose to share their experiences and both offer and receive support from others in the group.
Please bring a personal pillow, a cozy blanket and dress in layers.
