A message from Dana:
“Small businesses are the backbone of our city. We have a responsibility to help them thrive. That means modernizing communication, streamlining processes, and keeping fees reasonable. When they contribute so much to STL, why do we continue to use them without providing value? It's not right.
I have been a small business owner for more than fifteen years. I know what it's like to play every role in a company, and I know small business owners don't have extra time and money to spend on City Hall's shortcomings. It's past time to consolidate offices and services to better serve the people, especially the small business owners who create jobs, provide necessary services, and contribute to the culture of St. Louis that makes it unique.
I appreciate small businesses and understand their value. I want to turn the License Collector's office into what it SHOULD be. Help me serve small businesses in the City of St. Louis!”
